In regards to the list:
I've tried to provide dates/times and link to websites when possible, trying to avoid giving only instagram as a contact point. People often say to me that they use instagram only because they have to, how else would they know what's going on? But this sort of attitude cements the reality of advertising groups, opportunities, community meals, etc. soley on social media. If you don't want to use social media because it's bad for your mental health, but you feel cornered into it, as though it's the only option to stay connected to your friends, to your community, maybe you have a point- but also maybe you could take action towards changing that. If you use social media, I urge you to share the resources you find with those you know who aren't present there- as my friends have done for me.
